Orders & Processing
How do I place an order?
Browse the catalog, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive an order reference and payment instructions immediately. No account is required, though registering allows you to track all your orders in one place.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking information once your order ships.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Modifications and cancellations are possible only before dispatch. Contact us immediately at product@peptides.day with your order reference. Because we process orders quickly, the window is typically within 12 hours of payment.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes. Tier pricing is applied automatically at checkout — the unit price decreases at 10, 50, and 100+ units per SKU. No code or account registration is required.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
Orders are fulfilled from our EU-based warehouse. Packages are dispatched in plain, unmarked outer packaging with no identifying product information on the exterior.
What are the estimated delivery times?

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. A tracking reference is sent by email once your order is dispatched. Allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's tracking page to activate.
What happens if my order is delayed?
First, check the carrier tracking for status updates. If there has been no movement for 21+ business days, contact us at product@peptides.day with your order reference and we will investigate.
Am I responsible for customs clearance?
Yes. You are responsible for ensuring the products you order are legal to import in your country, and for any customs duties or import fees. We declare shipments accurately and in compliance with export regulations. See our Research Disclaimer for details.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments via Shopify Checkout (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and cryptocurrency via integrated processors (USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH, and others).
How long does cryptocurrency payment confirmation take?
Confirmation time depends on the network and asset. USDT on Tron (TRC-20) typically confirms within minutes. Bitcoin may take 10–60 minutes depending on network congestion and the number of confirmations required. Your order status page updates automatically.
I sent a crypto payment but my order isn't confirmed yet. What should I do?
Check your order status page — it polls for confirmation automatically. If the blockchain shows your transaction confirmed but the order is still pending after 2 hours, email product@peptides.day with your order reference and transaction hash.
Is the EUR price fixed at the time of the invoice?
Yes. The EUR-equivalent amount is fixed when your invoice is generated. Price fluctuations in crypto markets after invoice creation do not affect your order total.
Do you accept bank transfer / SEPA?
Not at this time. We accept card payments and cryptocurrency only.
Refunds & Issues
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept general returns. We do offer replacements or store credit for damaged, incorrect, or lost shipments. See our Refund Policy for full details.
My package arrived damaged. What do I do?
Photograph the outer packaging and contents, then email product@peptides.day within 5 business days of delivery with your order reference and photos. We will arrange a replacement or store credit.
How are crypto refunds processed?
Approved crypto refunds are issued in the original cryptocurrency where possible, at the EUR-equivalent value at the time of the refund, minus network fees. Processing takes 5–10 business days. Alternatively, we can issue store credit.
Research Use & Compliance
Who are these products intended for?
Products are intended exclusively for laboratory researchers, scientists, and qualified professionals conducting in-vitro research and scientific analysis.
Are these products approved for therapeutic use?
No. None of the products sold on peptides.my are approved by the FDA, EMA, or any other regulatory body for therapeutic or clinical use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Do you publish Certificates of Analysis?
