2. Research Use Only

All products sold on peptides.my are supplied strictly for laboratory and research purposes. By purchasing you confirm that:

• You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or authorised laboratory professional
• Products will be used solely for lawful scientific research or analysis
• You will not resell, redistribute, or supply products to third parties for any other purpose
• You have verified that possession and import of the ordered substances is lawful in your jurisdiction

3. Orders and Pricing

All prices are displayed in EUR and are exclusive of any applicable import duties or local taxes. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. An order is confirmed only after receipt of cleared payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Tiered pricing applies automatically at checkout: the unit price decreases at 10, 50, and 100+ unit thresholds per SKU.

4. Payment

We accept card payments via Shopify Checkout, cryptocurrency payments (USDT, USDC, BTC, and others) via integrated payment processors, and fiat on-ramp options where available. Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched. For cryptocurrency orders, the EUR-equivalent amount is fixed at the time the invoice is issued; price fluctuations after invoice creation are not adjustable.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on processing times, carrier options, and international delivery. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Due to the nature of research compounds (temperature-sensitive, batch-specific), returns are only accepted in specific circumstances as described therein.
