Refund Policy

Due to the specialised nature of the products we supply, our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Please read this page carefully before placing an order.
1. General Policy
Because our products are temperature-sensitive research compounds with limited shelf life and batch-specific certificates of analysis, we do not accept general returns or change-of-mind cancellations once an order has been dispatched. We strongly recommend confirming your requirements before ordering.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged in transit, or if you receive incorrect items, please:
- Document the damage with clear photographs of the outer packaging and contents
- Contact us at product@peptides.day within 5 business days of delivery
- Include your order reference number and photographic evidence
Upon verification, we will offer a replacement shipment or store creditat our discretion. We do not charge return postage for verified damage or picking errors.
3. Lost Shipments
A shipment is considered lost if the carrier tracking shows no movement for more than 21 business days after dispatch (or 30 business days for intercontinental orders).
To initiate a lost shipment claim:
- Email product@peptides.day with your order reference
- Confirm that the delivery address provided was correct
- We will file a carrier investigation on your behalf
If the carrier confirms the loss, we will issue a replacement shipment or store credit for the value of the lost items. Note that shipments held or seized by customs are not classified as lost.
4. Customs Seizures
peptides.my is not liable for shipments seized or confiscated by customs authorities. The buyer is responsible for verifying that ordered products are legal to import in their jurisdiction before placing an order. We do not refund orders seized at customs.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at product@peptides.day with your order reference. We process orders quickly, so cancellation windows are typically short (within 12 hours of payment confirmation).
6. Cryptocurrency Payment Refunds
Where a refund is approved for an order paid with cryptocurrency, we will process the refund as follows:
- Refunds will be issued in the same cryptocurrency used for payment where technically possible
- The EUR-equivalent amount refunded will match the original order value, converted at the exchange rate at the time of the refund transaction
- Network transaction fees are deducted from the refund amount
- Alternatively, we may offer a store credit equivalent at your request
Cryptocurrency refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval. Please provide your wallet address when raising a refund request.
7. Card Payment Refunds
Approved refunds for card payments are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to your card issuer's processing times.

- Your order reference number
- A clear description of the issue
- Supporting photographs where relevant
We aim to respond to all support requests within 1–2 business days.
