This page explains how we process and ship orders placed on peptides.my.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed after full payment is confirmed. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days from payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched, including a tracking reference where available.
2. Fulfilment Origin
Orders are fulfilled from our EU-based warehouse. All items are packaged discreetly in plain, unmarked packaging. No product names, logos, or identifying content are printed on the outer packaging.
3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
We use reputable international carriers with tracking. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
- EU (Germany, France, Netherlands, etc.): 3–7 business days
- EU periphery (Eastern Europe, Baltics): 5–10 business days
- UK: 5–10 business days
- Rest of Europe / non-EU: 7–14 business days
- North America / Asia / Oceania: 10–21 business days
Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary due to carrier delays, high-demand periods, or third-party logistics factors outside our control.
4. Tracking
A tracking number is provided for all dispatched orders. You can monitor shipment progress via the carrier's website or through the order status page in your account. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive the dispatch notification.
5. International Shipping and Customs
We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipments may be subject to inspection at customs. The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that the ordered products are legal to import in their destination country and for paying any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country.
peptides.my does not provide customs clearance services and cannot make representations regarding customs outcomes. We declare shipments accurately and in compliance with applicable export regulations.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. peptides.my is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer. Address correction requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order at product@peptides.day.
7. Delayed or Missing Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:
- Check the carrier tracking page for the latest status
- Allow an additional 5 business days before contacting us (peak periods or customs holds can cause delays)
- Email product@peptides.day with your order reference if the issue persists
